Three products. One path into referrals.

Most businesses don’t skip referrals because they hate word of mouth.

They skip them because nobody ever showed them how the pieces fit.

That’s why Dorfer Tech built three tools that talk to each other: BrandWiz, ReferralWiz, and LeadBounty. They aren’t three separate products that happen to share a logo. They’re answers to three different moments in the same journey.

LeadBounty is for when you already know

LeadBounty is the live referral product. It’s for the owner who already understands what a referral program is, already believes it can grow the business, and just wants something that works without eating the week.

Setup is light. Maintenance is light. Connect your business, publish a campaign, and let customers share personal referral links while you keep running the shop. You don’t need to become a growth marketer. You need a system that pays for the new customers who actually show up, without turning your checkout counter into a second job.

If you’re already sold on referrals, LeadBounty is the end of the funnel. Not the education layer.

ReferralWiz is for when you know, but you’re still doing the math

Before LeadBounty, a lot of owners got stuck in a quieter place.

They already knew what a referral program was. They weren’t arguing against the idea. They were stuck on practical questions: What should the reward be? What return should I expect? Is this worth more than another ad budget line?

ReferralWiz is the free tool built for that moment. It’s a campaign builder and ROI calculator. You design a program, plug in your numbers, and see what word of mouth is actually worth before you spend a dollar on software or rewards.

From the outside, that looks like the whole education problem. It isn’t. ReferralWiz helps people who are already on the path: knowledgeable about referrals, curious about cost, trying to pick a shape for the program. It answers “what should this look like, and what could it return?”

It does not answer the harder question: how do you reach the people who don’t know about referral programs, don’t care yet, and don’t see how any of this could help their business?

BrandWiz is for the people who aren’t looking yet

That last question is where BrandWiz comes in.

BrandWiz is a tiny business simulator. You run a cafe. You tweak staff, prices, product, and stock. You feel what happens when customers start loving the brand because the service is good enough to talk about. Referrals aren’t a lecture inside the game. They’re a tool you learn by using, the same way you’d learn a new oven setting: by seeing what it does to the business you’re already trying to keep alive.

The point isn’t to turn every player into a growth strategist. It’s to educate by feel. By the time the sim asks more of you, you’re not learning abstract theory. You’re managing a multi-tier referral program in a world that already matters to you.

BrandWiz and ReferralWiz talk both ways

BrandWiz and ReferralWiz are not a one-way handoff.

Play BrandWiz long enough and you get guided into ReferralWiz to build the campaign and see the return. Then you can take that same campaign and load it back into BrandWiz, so the referral program you just designed runs inside the tiny business simulation. You see the effect of your own program on the cafe you’re managing, not as a slide, as gameplay.

ReferralWiz is still the cornerstone. It sits between education and live deployment.

From ReferralWiz, once you understand how the program works, you’re guided into creating a LeadBounty account and deploying that campaign into the real product.

So the path looks like this:

  1. BrandWiz teaches people who don’t yet care about referrals by letting them feel brand love and word of mouth inside a tiny business.
  2. ReferralWiz takes people who understand the idea (or just arrived from BrandWiz) and helps them design the program and run the numbers. Campaigns can go back into BrandWiz to be felt in the sim, or forward into LeadBounty to run for real.
  3. LeadBounty takes the campaign that survived that thinking and puts it into the real business, with almost no ongoing time cost.
The LeadBounty product path. BrandWiz (education: a tiny cafe simulator that teaches brand love and referrals by feel) and ReferralWiz (the core: a free campaign builder and ROI calculator) are joined by a two-way arrow, because a campaign built in ReferralWiz can be loaded back into the sim. A one-way arrow then leads from ReferralWiz to LeadBounty (deploy: the live referral product).

Education ↔ design → deploy.

Why three tools instead of one pitch

If you only build LeadBounty, you only talk to owners who already get it.

If you only build an ROI calculator, you only help people who already know the category and are shopping for a shape.

If you only build a game, you educate without a place for the lesson to land.

The three tools exist because the objections aren’t the same. “I don’t know what this is” is different from “I know what this is, show me the math” which is different from “I’m ready, don’t waste my time.”

BrandWiz opens the door. ReferralWiz turns curiosity into a campaign you can feel and measure. LeadBounty runs it.

That’s the stack.
