LeadBounty for Barbershops

A referral program that fills more chairs, not more ad spend.

Every barbershop grows on word of mouth already. LeadBounty just makes it official: a link your regulars share, a reward waiting for them, and a QR scan at the chair that confirms it happened.

REWARD IDEAS

Rewards barbershop customers actually want.

✓ A free haircut, set to unlock on the first friend who books a cut
✓ A complimentary beard trim or line-up add-on
✓ A discount on the next visit for both the regular and their friend
✓ A house product such as pomade or beard oil as a lighter reward
HOW IT WORKS

Scanned at the chair, tracked automatically.

1
Regular shares their link

A regular gets a referral link and QR code and passes it to a friend who needs a new barber.

2
Friend books and gets a welcome offer

The friend claims a welcome perk on their first cut and gets their own QR code to bring in.

3
Barber scans before they leave

Any barber or the person up front scans the code with the LeadBounty Scanner once the cut is done. No register integration needed. The referral is credited to the regular who shared the link right then, counting toward their next reward.

WORKS WITH YOUR POS

Barbershops running Square or Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) can connect LeadBounty directly, so referred customers show up in your existing customer list automatically. Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) is a different product and is not supported yet.

BETA CUSTOMER PROOF

Placeholder: a quote, a logo or a short case study from a barbershop running LeadBounty goes here once our beta customers have results to share.

FAQ

Barbershops questions.

We don't take appointments, mostly walk-ins. Does this still work?

Yes. The referral link and QR scan don't depend on a booking system. A walk-in friend just shows their code when they're in the chair, and any barber can scan it.

I've got four barbers each running their own book. Does that complicate things?

No. LeadBounty tracks who referred whom, not which barber did the cut. Any barber, or whoever's at the counter, can scan a redemption regardless of whose client it is.

How fast is the scan? We can't slow down a Saturday rush.

It's a single camera scan, the same speed as scanning a gift card or a coupon. A few seconds, no lookup required.

What stops someone from using the same code twice?

Each redemption is recorded the moment it's scanned, so a code that's already been used shows as redeemed instead of confirming again.
