LeadBounty for Restaurants

A referral program that turns regulars into a waitlist of new tables.

Your regulars already bring friends when they love a place. LeadBounty gives them a reason to make it official: a link to share, a reward waiting on their next visit, and a QR scan at the table or register that confirms it happened.

REWARD IDEAS

Rewards restaurant customers actually want.

✓ A free appetizer or dessert, set to unlock on the first friend who dines in
✓ A discount off the bill on the referrer's next visit
✓ A free drink such as a mocktail or a house wine pour as a lighter reward
✓ A gift-card threshold reward after a few successful referrals
HOW IT WORKS

Confirmed table-side, not tracked on a clipboard.

1
Regular shares their link

A regular gets a referral link and QR code and sends it to a friend before a dinner reservation.

2
Friend claims a welcome offer

The friend opens the link, claims a welcome perk for their first visit, and shows up with their own QR code.

3
Host or server scans at the table

Whoever's working the floor scans the code with the LeadBounty Scanner at the table or the register. The redemption is confirmed on the spot and the referral is credited to the regular who shared the link, counting toward their next reward.

WORKS WITH YOUR POS

Restaurants running Square can connect LeadBounty directly, so referred diners show up in your existing customer list automatically. The Lightspeed integration covers Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) only. Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series), the product most kitchens run, is a different product and is not supported yet.

BETA CUSTOMER PROOF

Placeholder: a quote, a logo or a short case study from a restaurant running LeadBounty goes here once our beta customers have results to share.

FAQ

Restaurants questions.

Does this work with our reservation system?

It doesn't need to. The referral link and QR scan are independent of how a table gets booked. A friend can be seated as a walk-in or a reservation and the flow is the same.

Can we track referrals per table rather than per bill?

Redemptions are tracked per referral code, not per table, so a friend scans their own code even if they’re dining with a larger group on one bill.

We get slammed on Friday and Saturday nights. Will scanning slow the floor down?

It's a one-second camera scan, the same motion as scanning a gift card. It doesn't require a lookup or a manager override.

Can we combine this with an existing loyalty program?

Yes. LeadBounty tracks who referred whom; it doesn't need to replace whatever you use to track repeat visits or points.
