Dorfer Tech Corp ("LeadBounty," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the LeadBounty platform at leadbounty.io (the "Platform"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with the Platform, including as a participant in a referral program run by one of our business clients ("Businesses").

We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and its 10 fair information principles.

By using the Platform, submitting information via a referral link, or activating your referral link, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

Information about your interactions with a Business (e.g., visit confirmation or conversion status, often via integrations like Square).

Device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, referral link usage) via cookies or similar technologies for Platform functionality and analytics.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health or financial details beyond what's needed for the referral program).

Facilitate the referral program: Generate and track referral links, send welcome/verification emails, and notify Businesses of potential or successful referrals.
Communicate with you: Send program-related notifications (e.g., activation confirmations, referral status updates).
Improve the Platform: Analyze usage to enhance features and security.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Disclose Your Personal Information

We share information with:

The Business running the referral program (e.g., your details as a referred customer or referrer, for them to verify, contact you, or fulfill rewards).
Service providers (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics) who are contractually bound to protect your data.
As required by law (e.g., court orders).

We do not sell your personal information. Rewards are handled directly by the Business—we do not process reward claims.

4. Consent

We obtain your consent when you:

Submit information via a referral link.
Complete your profile and activate your referral link (explicit consent for program participation and emails).

You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8), subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

5. Safeguards and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information (e.g., encryption, access controls).

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the referral program or legal requirements (typically until the program ends or upon request for deletion).
