LeadBounty Beta Program Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Beta Program

The Beta Program allows selected Testers in North America to access and test pre-release versions of the Platform to provide feedback, report issues, and help improve its functionality. The Platform is designed to automate lead generation for businesses.

2. Eligibility

3. Beta Program Access

3.1 Access Grant: LeadBounty.io grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for testing purposes only during the Beta Program. 3.2 Usage Scope: You agree to use the Platform reasonably and not abuse the service (e.g., excessive or malicious use that disrupts functionality). As a beta product, the Platform is not fully ready for commercial release and may have limitations.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Confidential Information: The Platform, its features, performance, and any related materials are confidential (“Confidential Information”). You agree not to disclose Confidential Information to any third parties without prior written consent from LeadBounty.io. 4.2 Exceptions: You may share feedback, bug reports, or suggestions directly with LeadBounty.io via the designated feedback button in the Platform’s user interface. 4.3 Survival: Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of your participation.

5. Feedback

5.1 Mandatory Feedback: You agree to provide feedback, including bug reports, suggestions, or feature requests, using the feedback button provided in the Platform’s user interface. 5.2 Ownership of Feedback: Feedback is provided voluntarily, and you grant LeadBounty.io a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the Platform without compensation.

6. Data Ownership and Use

6.1 Tester Data: You retain ownership of personal data or content (e.g., lead lists, campaigns) you input into the Platform. 6.2 Metadata Rights: LeadBounty.io reserves the right to own and use metadata generated from your usage of the Platform (e.g., usage patterns, performance statistics) for analytics, improvement, or statistical purposes, provided it is anonymized and does not identify you. 6.3 Data Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your data complies with applicable laws (e.g., CCPA, PIPEDA).

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with Squareup. You are responsible for maintaining your own Squareup account and complying with Squareup’s terms of service.

8. No Warranties

8.1 As-Is Basis: The Platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including for functionality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 8.2 Beta Nature: As a pre-release product, the Platform may contain bugs, errors, or downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadBounty.io, its affiliates, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, including but not limited to data loss, platform downtime, or third-party actions.

10. Termination

10.1 By LeadBounty.io: We may terminate your participation at our discretion, including for abuse of the Platform (e.g., excessive or malicious use), by providing notice (e.g., via email). 10.2 By Tester: You may withdraw at any time by notifying us at support@leadbounty.io. 10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease using the Platform and destroy any Confidential Information.

11. Duration

The Beta Program is scheduled to run for three (3) months from the start date, unless extended or terminated earlier by LeadBounty.io. We will notify you of the program’s end or transition to a commercial release.

12. Compensation

As a Tester, you receive free access to the Platform during the Beta Program. Upon official release, you will receive six (6) months of free access to the Platform as a thank-you for your participation, subject to the commercial terms at that time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

LeadBounty.io may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes via email or within the Platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
