LeadBounty Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the LeadBounty referral program ("Program") offered through the LeadBounty platform (the "Platform") operated by Dorfer Tech Corp ("LeadBounty," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

By completing your profile information, agreeing to these Terms, and activating your unique referral link ("Referral Link"), you (the "Participant" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not activate your Referral Link or participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

LeadBounty is a platform that enables businesses ("Businesses") to run automated referral campaigns to promote word-of-mouth growth. As a customer of a Business, you may be invited to participate via a welcome email after becoming a verified customer (either through a referral or directly).

Participation involves:

Receiving a unique Referral Link.
Sharing it with friends, family, or contacts to refer them as potential new customers to the Business.
Potential rewards are determined and fulfilled exclusively by the Business (e.g., discounts, cash, or other incentives via QR code or direct claim).

LeadBounty only facilitates notifications, tracking, and link generation—we do not determine, provide, or handle rewards.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a verified customer of the Business.
Only existing customers may participate as referrers.
Employees, agents, or affiliates of LeadBounty or the Business are ineligible unless expressly permitted.
Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Participate

After receiving an invitation (e.g., welcome email), complete any required information and consent to these Terms to activate your Referral Link.
Share your Referral Link responsibly with potential new customers ("Referred Friends").
A successful referral typically occurs when a Referred Friend uses your link, submits information, verifies their email, and converts into a verified customer of the Business (exact qualification is set by the Business).
You may also be added directly as a new customer and invited to join.

4. Rewards

Rewards (if any) are customizable and determined solely by the Business (e.g., two-sided incentives for you and/or the Referred Friend).
LeadBounty does not provide, guarantee, or fulfill rewards—claims are handled directly between you and the Business.
Businesses may provide supplemental terms for rewards (e.g., minimums, expiration, tax responsibility).
You are responsible for any taxes on rewards received.
Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specified by the Business.

5. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure fair use and compliance with laws (including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation - CASL):

Do not spam: No mass emailing, unsolicited messages, or automated sharing.
Do not use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) targeting the Business's branded terms.
No self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent activity.
No misleading claims about the Business or rewards.
When sharing electronically, disclose if you may receive a reward (e.g., "I get a reward if you sign up via my link").
Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and anti-spam rules.

We reserve the right to investigate and disqualify any Participant for suspected violation, fraud, or abuse.

6. Data and Privacy

By participating, you consent to LeadBounty collecting, using, and sharing your personal information (e.g., name, email, referral activity) with the Business for Program purposes.
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

The Program is ongoing but may be ended by the Business at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, suspend, or terminate the Program or your participation at any time, with or without notice (e.g., for abuse or legal reasons).
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadBounty is not responsible for rewards, Business conduct, or disputes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadBounty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program.
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 CAD.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
